We do not accept returns for  Fresh foods i.e vegetables & fruit items that were ordered by a customer . For purchases, please inspect the item carefully upon delivery and if necessary reject it on the spot.

  • For missing  items  please check with our riders during delivery and get a response on the spot.
  • For any return request please contact our Customer Service via whatsapp.
Place your order before the designated market day.Currently Thursday is our only market day.
It is best to place your order by Wednesday 8:00 pm.

Once you have made your payment we shall issue you with a receipt via whatsapp

We charge a one off shoppers fee that covers delivery, this shall be communicated as you place your order.It ranges from KES  90.

We do office deliveries,we encourage our customers to notify us before hand so that appropriate packaging can be applied.
